No. You just need to create an API key with an AI provider (Claude, GPT, Gemini, or Grok) and paste it into PlaybookOS. It's comparable to copying a password — no more complicated than that. You'll receive a step-by-step guide after registration.
Yes. You can export your finished playbook as a PDF or transfer it to Notion. This makes it available offline and allows integration into existing onboarding processes or wikis.

Costs, AI models, and the Bring-Your-Own-API-Key principle.
PlaybookOS costs 499 EUR per year. AI costs don't come through PlaybookOS itself — only through the model you connect with your own API key. You control that yourself.
Generating one complete playbook costs approximately 2–5 EUR in API costs with Claude 4.5. With intensive usage (multiple playbooks, iterations), you're looking at about 5–15 EUR per month. You only pay for what you actually use — directly to Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. Viewing the sample playbooks costs 0 EUR and doesn't require an API key.

How we handle your sales data and API keys.
Your sales data is only passed to the AI model you choose via your own API key. PlaybookOS does not store any conversation content. The data flows directly from you to the AI provider — we're just the bridge in between.
Your key is stored encrypted and serves solely as a bridge between the PlaybookOS logic and your AI provider. We never use your key for our own purposes. You can change or delete your key at any time in your settings.
No. We don't have our own AI models and don't train any models with your data. Your sales knowledge stays with you and the AI provider you choose. PlaybookOS is a software layer that structures the process — the intelligence comes from your model.
Your generated playbooks are stored in your PlaybookOS account so your team can access them. The raw data from your inputs (answers to the AI questions) is not permanently stored. You can export your playbook as a PDF at any time and save it locally.
Yes. You can delete your account completely at any time. All stored playbooks, API keys, and user data will be irreversibly removed. GDPR compliant.
