By registering for or using PlaybookOS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
PlaybookOS is a web-based tool that helps B2B sales teams create, manage, and maintain sales playbooks using AI assistance. The service includes guided playbook creation across multiple modules (e.g., call scripts, objection handling, onboarding plans), sample playbooks for reference, and AI-powered content generation.
PlaybookOS operates on a Bring Your Own API Key (BYOAK) model. Users provide their own API keys for the AI models they wish to use (e.g., Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok). PlaybookOS does not provide AI model access and is not responsible for costs incurred through the user's chosen AI provider.
To use PlaybookOS beyond viewing sample playbooks, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unlawful purposes.
PlaybookOS offers a free tier that provides access to three sample playbooks with no time limit and no credit card required. Paid plans unlock additional features including the ability to create your own playbooks. Pricing details are available on the Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed annually. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.
PlaybookOS requires you to provide your own API key for AI model usage. Your API key is stored in encrypted form on our servers and is only used to communicate with the AI provider you selected. We never share, sell, or use your API key for any other purpose.
You are solely responsible for the costs incurred through your AI provider, for complying with the AI provider's terms of service, and for keeping your API key secure. PlaybookOS is not liable for any charges incurred through your AI provider.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using PlaybookOS, including your playbooks, scripts, and all generated text. PlaybookOS does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
The PlaybookOS platform, including its design, code, templates, sample playbooks, and branding, is the intellectual property of Emilian Buza and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform without written permission.
Your sales data is only passed to the AI model you choose via your own API key. PlaybookOS does not store AI conversation content. Your playbook content is stored encrypted on our servers for the purpose of providing the service.

We strive to keep PlaybookOS available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
PlaybookOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting all generated content before use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited as follows:
This does not affect liability for injury to life, body, or health, or liability under mandatory provisions of German law.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@sales-playbooks.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the application at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer within the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
For disputes with business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Offenbach am Main, Germany.
